The brief

A consumer app fighting for attention in a category where the install is easy and the second open is everything.

What we shipped

A brand that pops in the App Store, an iOS app designed around its core loop, and a growth programme tuned for the metrics that decide whether an app lives — installs, activation, and the shape of the retention curve.

We instrumented the loop first, then optimised it — so growth was a system, not a launch-week spike.
