Does ChatGPT
recommend your business?
There are three ways to find out, from ten minutes on your own to a full report on your suburb. Start with whichever fits.
Ask it yourself.
Ask the way a customer would, not your business name: "dentist in Box Hill open Saturday". Ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Note who's named, in what order, and the reasons given. Then check what each says about your hours, phone and address.

Send us your website and we hand-review it: technical SEO for Google, whether AI assistants can read and quote it, and how it reads in English and Chinese. You get a one-page list of fixes, most important first.

The AI Recommendation Report.
We put the questions locals ask to all four assistants, with the location set to your suburb, 64 answers in all. You see who gets named instead of you and why, what each assistant says about your hours, phone, address and prices, the sources it reads, and a plan in order of impact. In English or Chinese, with a free re-test after 60 days.

- Your suburb
- A plan, in order
One question is never enough.
In our study of 733 AI answers across 11 Australian areas, each of the 12 businesses we tested was named in a median of 23% of the answers to the local questions for its area. So one quick question usually says "not there", even when a business is in the running. We ran the same check on our own studio: on 7 October 2026 it named us in 0 of 32 answers, and we re-ask every month.
Plain answers.
- Is asking ChatGPT once enough?
- No. Answers change with the wording and from one day to the next, and each assistant gives a different list. Ask several questions the way customers do, in more than one assistant, before you decide where you stand.
- Why check four assistants, not just ChatGPT?
- Because their lists differ. In our study, any two assistants shared a median of 3 of their 5 most-named businesses in an area. Being recommended by one says little about the others.
- How can a dental clinic find out what ChatGPT says about it?
- Ask it the way a patient would, for example "a dentist near Box Hill open on Saturday" or "a gentle dentist for kids in Glen Waverley", in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Note who is named and why, then check what each says about your hours, phone, address and services. Fix anything wrong on your website and Google profile first. The A$29 report does all of this for your suburb in one go.
- What does the report cost?
- A$29, once, with a free re-test after 60 days. If you want to go through it together, a 30-minute call is A$99, or A$70 if you bought the report.
- What can I do about what I find?
- Most fixes are in your hands: correct facts on your website and Google profile, a page that answers what customers ask, steady honest reviews. Our page on AI search for small businesses walks through how we do it.
